    • Medical Record Back-Up: All your data in MxChart is backed up at frequent intervals on a daily basis to assure minimal data loss in the event of a catastrophic failure.
    • Disaster Recovery: In the unlikely event of multiple system failures, MxSecure and your practice can continue to operate. In the event of a power interruption or failure, the UPS system holds power immediately after interruption. Within seven seconds, eight diesel generators will pick up the load from the UPS.
    • Security: MxSecure’s systems are protected by the latest Cisco hardware firewalls. Physical access to servers is limited to MxSecure IT personnel only. Identification is verified by picture ID and authentication is obtained by biometric retina scan.
    • Redundancy: Our systems have redundant counterparts with automated failovers including internet connectivity through four (4) different internet service providers.
    • Proactive Maintenance: In order to assure optimal performance and minimize downtime, all systems are inspected, updated and maintained on a monthly basis. Should a critical need arise, maintenance is performed accordingly.
