Since 1999, David has been advising privately owned businesses with regard to mergers, acquisitions and specialized financings.

Prior to then David gained 20 years of experience in commercial and merchant banking with Union Bank and Wells Fargo Bank. He earned an MBA in finance from the University of Oregon and an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
